Mike Farrar, Former CEO of NHS Confederation

Mike currently works as a management consultant with 15 years of CEO experience working within the NHS. His roles within the NHS have included Chief Executive of West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire Strategic Health Authorities, Chief Executive of Tees Valley Health Authority and Head of Primary Care at the Department of Health (United Kingdom). During his time at the Department of Health, Mike was responsible for establishing Primary Care Groups, Primary Care Trusts, and PMS. In addition, he chaired the NHS Confederation GP Contract negotiating team that successfully negotiated the new General Medical Service contract and is the National Programme Director of NHS Live.

Cardiff and Vale Nursing Data Analyst, Ceri Dallimore is using her extensive experience of healthcare analytics to shape a distinctive role that bridges the Nursing and Digital domains. Specialising in triangulating data from a wide range of Digital systems to create actionable quality information, Ceri thrives on the challenge of uncovering the meaningful data stories that make a difference and plays a pivotal role in educating and empowering nurses to embrace digital data.

Mark Austin, Senior Informatics Officer at Manchester University Hospital NHSFT

With over thirty years’ experience in public sector information technology, Mark is an accomplished and highly committed, having fulfilled roles ranging from Chief Information Officer (CIO) through to Informatics Director. During his time within the NHS, he has gained a wide breadth of expertise in organisation operational Service Level Management, IT, Information Analysis and Information Governance (including IG Toolkit), Subject Access Requests/arbitrations and Freedom of Information requests/challenges.
