For the purposes of information security, your login will be timed out after a period of inactivity. Simply enter your password to log in again.
You can also choose to log out at this point, but that will lead to any in-progress or unsaved work being lost, with the exception of an unfinished inspection, which will automatically be saved as a draft on your device.
I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
Select Forgot your password? on the login screen and you will be prompted to enter your email so that a password reset link can be sent to you. Once you receive the email, follow the link to reset your password.
Can I log in on more than one device at once?

Actions you can perform in the app, such as adding inspection data, adding details to actions, saving drafts, etc. are all handled server-side. This means that as long as you’re connected to the internet, data should be accessible across devices you’re logged into.
